The EEF report Making Best Use of Teaching Assistants was published in Spring 2015 and seeks to change the way that TAs are deployed and how they work in the classroom. Based on extensive research, the report is aimed at school senior leaders and ushers in a significant change in school practice that will benefit many children.
To support the take-up and implementation of the recommendations, the EEF commissioned Cornucopia and Mike Gershon to create this online course for school leaders. It is being offered initially as a free course via the TES Institute platform and was launched in October 2016.
